Description

Complete engine for Opel Astra III H, Astra II G, Meriva A, Corsa C, Corsa D, Tigra B 1.4 16V 90HP. The engine has undergone inspection and service, including a new timing chain. It is fully functional with verified good compression and has never run on gas. The engine was previously fitted with a factory timing chain, indicating original mileage. We have installed a new timing chain with tensioner and guides, valve cover gasket, and crankshaft seals on both sides. The oil pan was removed and cleaned thoroughly, making the engine ready for installation.

The engine code Z14XEP is located at the bottom right side of the block, at the junction with the gearbox. This used engine was imported and started before disassembly, confirming its authenticity. It is sold complete with all necessary equipment, including the fuel system components such as injectors and intake manifold. Additional parts like alternator base, crankshaft pulley, oil filter housing, thermostat housing, and sensors are included as free extras.

We recommend replacing consumable parts like timing belt, engine oil, oil filter, drive belts, coolant, and spark plugs during installation. These parts naturally wear out and are not covered by warranty. Minor cosmetic damages may be present, but they do not affect engine performance.
