Yes. You may return a part within 14 days from delivery, even without providing a reason, provided that the item has not been installed, used, or damaged and is returned in its original condition. If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item supplied by us, we will cover the return costs. For returns due to change of mind, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by AutoRiven.
The warranty covers functional defects on used parts for 30 days from delivery. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic defects, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications. This 30-day commercial warranty does not affect or replace the consumer’s statutory rights under EU conformity law.
If the same part is available, we will send a replacement. If not, we will issue a refund.
Yes. All parts sold by AutoRiven are used OEM original parts. We do not sell replicas or non-OEM products.
The best method is to match the OEM code. Alternatively, you can send us the VIN, model, and year before purchase for a compatibility check.
