Our units come with the latest available software, which may include replacement labels with the current part number and software version. Software updates improve the performance of the control unit, ensuring proper engine operation. Installation instructions will be provided upon order completion, and we include them in the package.
With over 15 years of experience in automotive electronics repair, we specialize in Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Lancia. The terms used refer to the state of the immobilizer of the control unit, allowing it to connect to the vehicle and save the IMMO code upon turning the key. In some newer vehicles, additional online programming may be required.
IMMO OFF means the immobilizer is completely disabled, allowing the vehicle to start without reading the IMMO code. In this case, it is recommended to disconnect the immobilizer module or cut the coding line. In some instances, the immobilizer light may illuminate on the dashboard.
Cloning requires a 1:1 transfer of immobilizer data from your original unit to the purchased one. Please send your original unit to us, and we will return two units with the latest software. To avoid purchasing incorrect parts, please provide your vehicle's number. The location of this number is marked in the registration document. Just because your vehicle is listed does not guarantee compatibility.
