Description

Used oil pump suitable for various Audi, VW, and Seat models with 2.0 TDI CR engines. This original part features a belt-driven design and is compatible with engine types CFF, CFG, CLJ, CLL, CJC, CMG, CMF, CGL, CCH, CFC, and CSH. Models include Audi A4, A5, Q5; VW T5, T6, Golf, EOS, Passat, Jetta, Amarok; Seat Exeo, Alhambra; and Skoda Superb.

Note: Due to changes in engine design, specifically the oil manifold in the block, this pump can only be used with the wet belt modification. Using a chain pump may block the oil channel, disrupting proper oil circulation. The wet belt system is factory-installed in VW Crafter with engine types CKU and CKT, and these engines from 2012 onwards have high mileage without lubrication issues. The system is maintenance-free regarding the oil pump drive belt, with no specified replacement interval; however, it is recommended to replace the belt every 100,000 km.

Considerations for those contemplating the regeneration of the oil pump drive shaft: after regeneration, the intermediate gear may loosen and damage teeth on the other gears, and regeneration of the shaft socket may not always be fully effective, requiring further repairs if the engine is not damaged due to lack of lubrication. A common issue with these engines is pressure drop at high temperatures, as shaft modules wear on bearings, causing pressure loss. During oil pump replacement, it is advisable to check the valves on the cooling nozzles and the piston bottom as well as the hydraulic valve lifters.
