Payment Methods
AutoRiven offers secure and reliable payment methods for a simple and protected checkout experience. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted connections and certified payment providers.
AutoRiven acts as the direct seller and receives payments for orders placed on the website.
Secure online payments
Credit and debit cards (Stripe)
Card payments are processed via Stripe, one of the leading global payment providers.
- Secure payment with credit or debit cards
- Support for Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
- Card details are not stored on AutoRiven servers
- Transactions are processed under PCI DSS security standards
- Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.
PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal using your PayPal balance or a linked card/bank account.
- At checkout you may be redirected to PayPal’s official website
- Payment is completed in a secure environment managed by PayPal
- PayPal payments may be covered by PayPal’s buyer protections (where applicable)
Bank transfer (on request)
Bank transfer is available on request. If you want to use this method:
- contact us before placing the order at info@autoriven.eu
- we will send you bank details and instructions
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed only after the funds are received and confirmed.
Payment security
- All payment pages use SSL encryption
- AutoRiven does not store or directly handle card or bank account details
- Payments are processed only by the selected providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Currency and conversion
All prices on autoriven.eu are shown in EUR (€). If you pay from an account in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and fees according to their terms.
Order confirmation
After payment is completed:
- you will receive an order confirmation email
- the order will enter processing within 1–2 business days
- you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order is shipped
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
Fraud prevention
To protect customers and the service, payments may be screened by automated anti-fraud systems provided by the payment processors. In some cases, a payment may be temporarily reviewed or cancelled before shipment.
