Shipping Information
AutoRiven offers secure, trackable, and reliable shipping for used OEM car parts to most international destinations. Every order is handled by AutoRiven, and we remain responsible for delivery and customer support.
Shipping policy
All orders:
- are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- may be shipped directly from the supplier to the customer, depending on the type of product
- are typically delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on the destination
- always include a tracking number, sent by email
Couriers we use
We use recognized international couriers, selected based on destination, weight, and parcel size.
Standard shipments
- FedEx
- UPS

- DPD
- GLS
Heavy or bulky shipments (mainly Europe)
- Raben
- Hellmann
- AmberExpress
- Geodis
Tracking details are sent as soon as the shipment is handed over to the courier.
Express shipping (FedEx Express)
For urgent orders, where available, you can select FedEx Express at checkout. Express orders placed by 09:00 (Poland time zone) are typically:
- processed the same business day
- delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on destination
Packaging and damage claims
Parts are packaged appropriately to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- ask the courier to mark it as “Accepted with reservation”, or
- refuse delivery and contact us immediately
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours to info@autoriven.eu, including clear photos of the parcel and the item.
If the parcel is accepted without reservation, it may not be possible to open a claim with the courier.
Split shipments
If an order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels. In that case, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Customs and international shipping
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs procedures, duties, or import taxes may apply:
- any duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- delivery times may vary due to customs inspections
AutoRiven is not responsible for:
- delays caused by customs authorities
- local storage fees
- import duties or taxes
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- destination country
- parcel weight and dimensions
- shipping type (standard or express)
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on current courier pricing.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
After shipping, you will receive:
- a tracking link by email
- any courier updates (if available)
You can track your shipment anytime via the courier’s website or by contacting us.
Delayed or lost shipments
If a shipment appears delayed:
- check the courier tracking page
- if there are no updates for 7 business days, contact us
We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated until resolution.
