These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of autoriven.eu and all purchases made through the website. By placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Scope of Service

AutoRiven operates as a direct online seller of used OEM automotive spare parts.

The website is not a marketplace. All products are sold directly by AutoZ Sp. z o.o., which remains the contractual seller and responsible party for each transaction.

Some products may be shipped directly to the customer depending on the product type. AutoRiven remains responsible for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Product Information

All products sold on autoriven.it are used OEM automotive spare parts.

Normal cosmetic wear related to previous use does not affect functionality and does not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, OEM references, and images are provided based on the information available at the time of publication.

Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for verifying product compatibility prior to purchase by checking the OEM reference or contacting AutoRiven with the vehicle VIN.

AutoRiven provides free pre-purchase compatibility assistance.

Errors resulting from incorrect verification or assumptions made by the customer do not constitute product defects or non-conformities.

Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (€).

EU customers:

• Private customers: VAT included, where applicable
• Business customers with a valid EU VAT number verified via VIES: VAT excluded

Non-EU customers:

• Orders are VAT-exempt
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available
• PayPal
• Bank transfer, upon request

Payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS-compliant systems. AutoRiven does not store payment card details.

Order Confirmation and Processing

After placing an order, the customer will receive:

• Order confirmation email
• Digital invoice
• Shipping confirmation with tracking number

Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier.

Shipping and Delivery

AutoRiven ships worldwide using established international couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, and others.

If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must:

• Accept the delivery with reservation or refuse delivery
• Document the damage with clear photos
• Notify AutoRiven within 24 hours of delivery

Delays caused by couriers or customs authorities are not attributable to AutoRiven.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 business days from delivery, without providing a reason.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the product:

• Has not been installed or used
• Shows no signs of mounting, use, or tampering
• Is returned in the same condition as received, with original labels intact

In case of withdrawal:

• Initial and return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• AutoRiven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Products

A return may be requested within 14 business days from delivery if the product:

• Is defective or non-functional
• Does not match the description or OEM reference shown on the website

After verification, AutoRiven will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

If the issue is attributable to AutoRiven, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Commercial Warranty

All products include a 30-day commercial warranty from the date of delivery, limited strictly to functional defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or misuse
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Coding or programming errors
• Normal wear or cosmetic defects
• Modifications or tampering

This commercial warranty does not limit or replace the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable EU conformity laws.

Limitation of Liability

AutoRiven is not liable for:

• Installation errors
• Improper use or unauthorized modifications
• Delays caused by couriers or customs authorities

In all cases, AutoRiven’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
