Description

Complete Webasto Thermo Top C/ZCD parking heater, 5/5.2kW (any power and fuel configuration diesel/petrol), configured according to installation instructions for Opel Astra H/Zafira B - all engines. The set includes special dedicated mounts to avoid issues with universal brackets that may not fit this vehicle. Initial images are for reference to show the components used in the configuration, which will be specifically tailored to this vehicle.

This is a water heater - full parking heater, heats the coolant and activates the cabin blower. In some vehicles, an IPCU module may be required for proper blower control - available in another listing. The set includes:

Heater with water pump - used, regenerated, in perfect condition
Flexible exhaust pipe
Complete wiring harness
Fuel pump
Fuel line with connectors
Tees for fuel system integration or independent fuel intake, depending on installation instructions for the engine
Air intake with noise-reducing silencer
Dedicated mounting brackets
Water hoses with elbows
Clamps, connectors, screws, etc.

All components except the heater and fuel pump are new. Note: The set does not include a control unit (timer/remote), available in other listings. Customization of the set with any possible control is possible. If you have your own control, I can prepare the appropriate connectors to facilitate connection to my wiring harness.

All heaters undergo a regeneration process including cleaning of the combustion chamber and burner, verification of all components, and replacement if necessary. Each heater is tested on a diagnostic bench to ensure full functionality (no smoke, quiet operation), suitability for further installation, and trouble-free operation. The heater has been tested before listing, is in perfect condition, 100% functional, and ready for installation. Upon personal pickup, I will start the device and provide advice if there are installation issues.
