Yes. All AutoRiven parts are used original OEM parts. We do not sell aftermarket parts or replicas.

How can I check if a part is compatible with my vehicle?

Compatibility should be verified using the OEM reference number. You can also contact us before purchasing with your VIN, make, model, engine, and year, and our team will assist you.

Are the parts new or used?

AutoRiven sells used OEM automotive parts only.

Are parts tested before sale?

Product information is based on visual inspection, available technical data, photos, and supplier information at the time of listing. Due to the nature of used automotive parts, not all components can be fully functionally tested before shipment.

Do used parts include a warranty?

Yes. All parts include a 30-day commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional defects only. This commercial warranty does not affect or replace the consumer’s statutory rights under EU conformity law.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days depending on destination. Express shipping may be available on request and typically takes 24–72 hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Stripe Checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Revolut Pay, and other local methods depending on your country.

Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit?

Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged, an incorrect item was supplied, or the product does not match the description. Used automotive parts are vehicle-specific and individually identified items and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Do electronic parts require programming?

Some electronic components may require coding or programming by a qualified technician after installation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
